Turner Elderflower cider

Fun, uncomplicated and joyful. This is how I would describe Turner’s Elderflower cider. With light tannins, sustained acidity and balanced sweetness, this cider is a great option for watching sports, your favourite tv show or just relaxing with friends.

Elegant, fresh and floral. Lightly sparkling. Unfiltered.”
Similarly to other great cider producers, Turner cider makers know that their product speaks for themselves.

Tasting Notes on Turner's Elderflower cider

Due in a large part to his sweet tooth, I think Turner has quickly become my husband’s favourite cidermaker. Alongside this Elderflower cider, they also make other wonderfully juicy and fun ciders like Apple Pie, and they know how to conquer any kind of drinker–even those who had bad experiences with cider in the past.

Turner’s Elderflower cider is summery and refreshing–perfect for a relaxing day in the garden with your favourite book and (hopefully) some sunshine.

Turner Elderflower cider colour

With just 5% ABV, I felt like I could spend hours sipping this unapologetically uncomplicated juicy cider, as long as you keep it chilled. It loses much of its crisp refreshing taste as it warms, but it is so easily drinkable this is rarely likely to be a problem. If you are curious to get some, it is available for purchase from the Turner Cider website

Food pairing

Given the lovely aromatic notes, I recommend drinking Turner’s Elderflower cider with seafood, especially scallops and shrimps, but it would also play nicely with some unexpected Asian dishes such as pad thai or Peking duck.
