Personal Notes on Fine Perry Wild Ferment
This perry is a joy to drink. It is light and refreshing but also rich and festive. It is wild fermented, which gives it a lot of personality -not only citrus and pear but also some rhubarb and gooseberry notes.
Like for many other Tom Oliver products, there are very few lines of info on the label – and I like it like that! – leaving it to the drinker to assess what they taste and enjoy.

Food pairing
This fine Perry is great to drink on its own or as an aperitif, but would also complement rich dishes such as chicken in a white wine sauce, with a rich and fruity salad (i.e. Waldorf), or light, creamy cheeses.
