Tasting Notes

  • See: Rich golden (almost orange) in colour with amber hints around the rim; it looks effervescent with nice bubbles around the rim. Non transparent, a bit hazy
  • Smell: Tropical fruits – faint papaya with hints of citrus – it smells delicate yet with a lot of personality
  • Taste: dry and refreshing, unexpected hints of spiced fruits with medium-high tannins and gentle acidity; mouth-watering and pleasant with a good body

Notes from the producers

Only handpicked, unsprayed Yarlington Mill apples, fermented with wild yeat. Naturally sparkling. Unpasteurized and unfiltered. Full–juice cider. No added sulphite or sweetener. Gluten free and Vegan. Yarlington Mill is a traditional bittersweet cider apple. This vintage of apple has created a fruity, mellow cider with a spiced tannic finish.
